Here are some of the most commonly asked questions:

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because of the nature of my business I cannot offer refunds for anything short of defective products. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns though!

If you'd like some more reassurance, you can read some of my reviews on Etsy. I have almost 1500 positive reviews! 

Do you take custom orders?
I would love to make you something uniquely for you! All customs maybe be subject to a 10% upcharge from my listing prices.

How do you measure your work?
All measurements are approximate and I have taken them to the best of my ability. If you'd like more images including a measuring tape just ask.

Are there special care instructions for my purchase?
Care instructions will be included in your package if your item requires.

Do you gift wrap? How do you package items? 
I use curbside recyclable mailers for small items and 100% recycled cardboard boxes for larger itesm. I also use eco-friendly paper tape instead of plastic tape! In addition, I also use recycled boxes/materials to ship items whenever possible. This usually means an amazon box turned inside out.

How fast will you ship? I entered the wrong address. How can I fix? What about returned packages?

Short answer: 3-5 business days.
Unless stated otherwise via shop announcement or on the listing itself, I usually ship out items within 3 business days. On occasion I need a full 5 business days, but that is rare. 

If you accidentally enter the incorrect address please message me ASAP. If the item has already shipped and you are unable to intercept it, I can offer you a reship for a fee once the item is returned.

Returned packages are also subject to a re-shipping fee.

No refunds will be given for returned packages due to refusal, incorrect address input, or inaccessible delivery location.

My item was marked delivered but it's not here/ Where is my package that you shipped?
Once an item is marked delivered by the postal service I am no longer responsible for it. It is the buyer's responsibility to have a secure location for packages to be delivered. If you are wondering about the location of a package please reach out to the postal service. They will have more information for you and will be able to give you GPS coordinates of the delivery. If the item was stolen you will need to file a police report. 

Do you have pets?
Yes. All my items come from a pet friendly home (dog and cat.) However hard I try to keep things clean and separate there are pets in my home so some contamination is possible. Please take note if you have allergies!
